Aufguss, Daily

Aufguss is a guided sauna ritual where essential oils and herbal infusions are introduced to the stones and the steam is moved through the room with rhythmic towel and fan movements. The rising heat, scent, and flow of air create an immersive experience that can sharpen the senses, quiet the mind, and move emotions through the body.

  • When: An optional 15 minute offering, performed daily.

Mon - Thurs: 6:15pm and 7:15pm.

Fri - Sun: 5:15pm, 6:15pm and 7:15pm.

  • How to Book: Join any session labeled 'Aufguss' on our daily schedule - it's optional, and the rest of the space and the other 2 saunas are available to use while the Aufguss is in progress.

The Huntingdon Hotel and Suites

Ærth is located at 312 Quebec Street (reception access is through the parking lot on the corner of Quebec and Pendray Street), right next to the Pendray Inn & Tea House and the Huntingdon Hotel and Suites — two heritage properties tucked into Victoria's Inner Harbour. The Huntingdon is a family-owned hotel set across two acres of gardens, with 114 rooms and loft suites, a complimentary hot breakfast, and easy walking access to Parliament, the harbour, and downtown. A natural pairing for guests visiting Ærth - sauna by day, rest right next door.
